After being on the market for just about a month, the 3-family townhouse within the Mount Morris Park Historic District at 32 West 119th Street now has a contract out based on the asking of $2.3 million. As far as the interior goes, everything is pretty much a gut renovation but in a basic sheet rock sort of aesthetic. This stretch of West 119th still needs a little work done on quite a few of the houses but the location is pretty much ideal.
