After being on the market for a couple of months for $1.475 million , Number 12 Sylvan Terrace is no longer available. As mentioned previously, this row house on a fantastic landmark block of wood frame homes by 160th Street and St. Nicholas has been gut renovated in a super modern fashion that is just a bit incongruous to the nature of the neighborhood.
