Our rent pick of the week is a renovated 2-bedroom at 141 Edgecombe by 142nd Street which is going for just $1,700 a month. This location is an easy walk to the express trains on 145th Street which gets one to midtown under 20 minutes and amenities can also be found along that corridor including Manhattanville Coffee, shopping on 145th Street or the open green space of St. Nicholas Park.
