The new Bed Bath and Beyond storefront at 5 West 125th Street looked like it was making much more progress than the Whole Foods construction just a block west but things have slowed down in recent months. Some major glass has been installed out front but not much else seems to be happening very quickly at the end of the year. There had been reports on residential units for this development but it all looks like commercial space at this point in time. At this rate of progress, BB&B should probably be opening about the same time as Whole Foods in 2016 from what we can gather. More details in our past post:
