The narrow 2-family brownstone at 2289 Adam Clayton Powell by 135th Street now has a contract out based on the asking of $1.35 million. There is not a lot inside besides white walls but restoring this to a single-family and adding in a few brownstone-friendly finishes might really make this a unique home facing one of the nicer blocks on 7th Avenue.
