DWELL: 248 WEST 138TH STREET TOWNHOUSE
A townhouse on one of the Strivers Row blocks is now up on the market for $3.75 million which would be quite a big number for this part of Central Harlem. This 2-family home at 248 West 138th Street is not one of the more recognized addresses in the landmark neighborhood but does have the private garage out back and a lot of original details within. With that said, the aesthetic of the kitchen and bath makes those areas look like they were remodeled in the 80s and could be at a much better level for this price range. One also loses out the backyard with the private parking so that might be an issue with some. More details and photos on Streeteasy: LINK
