After being up on the market for a couple of months, the 2-family brownstone at 29 Mount Morris Park West going for $4.85 million is now off the market. Pictures of the interior show a lot of intact original details in good condition along with decent renovations in the kitchen and bath areas but the price is on the higher side of the market. This Mount Morris Park Historic District location by 123rd Street actually faces the park and is just around the corner from the new Whole Foods location on Lenox that is under construction.
