It was only a matter of time until 337 Convent Avenue would find the right buyer and now the address right by the famous Royal Tenenbaum House has a contract out based on the asking of $4.325 million. As mentioned previously, the home next to the corner of West 144th Street has a lot of original details tastefully restored within and the new upgrades work well with the historic aesthetic. Other than that, express trains on 145th Street will get you to midtown in just about 15 minutes and better business are really starting to pop up everywhere in the neighborhood.
