Plywood went up on the old storefront on Amsterdam Avenue by 140th Street
last April and now it has all come down in the past week. This was really the very first day that had enough sunshine to take a photo so we headed out to the block right in front of City College. As many may know by now, Alex Trebek's son is the owner of the new Mexican restaurant which will feature mescal cocktails but what will it look like? The full reveal right after the jump.
Oso definitely gets the award for the most effort put into a storefront for 2016 and we are looking forward to trying out the menu. Everything is basically finishing up now and word of mouth has it that March will be the opening date. The younger Trebek is also a new Harlem resident and has a short commute from a brownstone not too far away:
