After being on the market for less than a month, Number 127 West 122nd Street now has a contract out based on the asking price of $2.75 million. The 19-foot-wide brownstone is in the official Mount Morris Park Historic District extension and just around the corner from the new Whole Foods site which also happens to be right in front of the express trains. Everything looks to be in good condition but the listing mentions that the 2-family brownstone is being leased as a commercial space on the top floor.
