Number 202 Lenox Avenue by 120th Street arrived on the market last fall for $4.2 million but eventually decreased to $4.1 million back in January which eventually attracted a buyer. Now the 20-foot-wide townhouse next to an abandoned lot (second from the corner building in photo) has finally sold a couple of weeks ago but it is unclear for exactly how much. This 3-family has a pretty straightforward renovation without a lot of original details but the location in the historic district by the new Whole Foods finishing up this year is the big selling point here.
