Number 453 West 144th Street only lasted on the market for about a week this past December and the listing has since been removed. This is actually one of the most coveted blocks in Hamilton Heights and the single-family layout with original details intact probably attracted a buyer rather quickly at the asking of of $2.69 million. Some upgrades are probably needed within but the location just a short walk away from the express train station on 145th Street is another strong selling point. Then there is also the record sale within the same historic district earlier this year at
