Maya Angelou's Harlem brownstone at 58 West 120th Street went up on the market 6 weeks ago for the asking of just over $5 million but now the asking has since been reduced to $4.595 million. The substantial single-family home has some original details and modern upgrades such as an elevator but will probably need to be updated even more when a new buyer comes along. With that said, this location is on one of the best blocks in the Mount Morris Park Historic District which is close to the express trains and the new Whole Foods finishing up this year on Lenox.
