DWELL: TWO MILLION FOR A SHELL IN HARLEM
Are shells in Harlem now worth $2 million? Number 221 West 137th Street actually had a price cut when the single-family was last arrived for $2.4 million in 2015 but pretty much is a massive gut renovation according to the listing. At 18-foot-wide, the brownstone is a generous proportion but not the coveted 20 footer and there is also an abandoned townhouse next door. With all that said, an all cash buyer is needed here so it might take some time for this one to move. More on the broker site: LINK
