Number 114 West 130th Street has arrived on the market for $2.5 million but the listing does not really specify too much. There are a lot of original details in place but it is unclear if the building is an SRO or whether the kitchen and baths have anything worth saving. The location is on an average Central Harlem block but has an abandoned lot next door to the brownstone which does not really add value.
