DWELL: 148 WEST 132ND STREET SOLD TO FOOTBALLER
The Observer reports that notable footballer Christian Fuchs from across the pond has purchased 148 West 132nd Street for $2.65 million. This brownstone located just west of Lenox Avenue was formerly one of those mysterious abandoned buildings sitting on the block but had recently been converted into a single-family home with higher end finishes. Apparently the soccer player will eventually live in the townhouse with his family and set up state side as a career move going forward. More on the story in the Observer: LINK
