DWELL: 355 WEST 123RD STREET TOWNHOUSE
A townhouse in South Harlem for $2.35 million might be one of the more sharply priced homes in the neighborhood but the layout might be the main issue here. Number 355 West 123rd Street is a short walk to Morningside Park, the express trains on 125th Street and the lower FDB commercial corridor but there are actually five units all together in the townhouse. An owner's duplex makes up the lower floors but the top two have been chopped up into four apartments. Interior photos show a lot of original details but some touch ups might be needed here and there. Open houses are planned for this weekend if anyone is interested: LINK

Does "sharply priced" mean a lot or a little?
