Last December,
a fire shut down the newly renovated Foodtown on St. Nicholas by 148th Street but now it appears that a re-opening will happen soon. We noticed a lot activity within when walking by this section of Sugar Hill last week and a Bespoke reader mentioned that the shelves seemed pretty stocked up. When a worker on site was asked if the supermarket was opening soon, the response was that everything would be up and running in about a week.
