DWELL: 125 WEST 126TH STREET BROWNSTONE
A renovated 3-family brownstone at 125 West 126th Street located just around the corner from Lenox Avenue has arrived on the market for the asking of $2.995 million. Everything is pretty much renter's grade as far as finishes are concerned but there appears to be an original fireplace that is still intact. This block faces the back end of more commercial buildings on 125th and thus is not as charming as compared to some of the uptown historic districts but the express trains are just around the corner. I notice the in ceiling AC, requiring dropped ceilings, this reduces one of the great features of a brownstone, high ceilings.
