Number 1700 Lexington was up on the market last month for the asking of $2.995 million but the listing was removed within a week. This 3-family home is located on one of the only intact brownstone blocks on the avenue in El Barrio and the trains station is just three blocks south on 103rd Street. Lexingtion Avenue's commercial hub has been really growing around the aforementioned subway stop so this is probably one of the more notable listings to have come up on the east side in recent years.
