A single-family limestone townhouse in Washington Heights at 554 West 162nd Street that has been on and off the market since last November for $2.69 million now has a contract out. This 18-foot-wide home by the Sugar Hill Historic District has a fully renovated interior with a few high end finishes in the kitchen and bath but some of the finer details such as the glass subway tiles are bit to passé in our opinion.
