Hogshead Tavern at 126 Hamilton Place by 142nd Street started up Hamilton Heights' first weekly drag presentation on Sunday nights and we were able to drop by this past weekend. The festivities started around 8:00PM but we passed by a couple of hours later and noticed that the bar was full of people mesmerized by a dynamic duo that was holding court. A couple of seats were still available inside so we sat down and ordered a round while the comedic couple did their thing. Our trepidations about Harlem becoming just as boring as the Upper West Side subsided a bit that evening and we highly recommend this unique little weekly LGBT friendly get together which has no cover cost to check out.
