DWELL: 103 WEST 136TH STREET SOLD LOWER
Number 103 West 136th Street went up on the market once more back in May for $2.25 million and now has sold just a bit lower at $2.05 million according to Streeteasy. This 4-unit townhouse just west of Lenox actually exchanged hands last year for $1.7 million so a quick flip appears to have happened. Original details within seem to be in good shape but some updates in the kitchen or bath are probably needed since there is a lack of photos. The block is pretty intact and the express trains are just at 135th Street but some of the better businesses opening up on the avenue are just a bit south of this address. More on Streeteasy: LINK
