We actually ran into someone who was featured in the Times for their uptown apartment search while at a social outing downtown a few months back. Mark Scott is a communication executive from Atlanta who moved to
305 West 150th Street by Jackie Robinson Park while seeking out an affordable one-bedroom condo in Manhattan. He mentioned he did not even look at the space but did everything pretty much online and through a broker. Since then we have stayed in touch and the transplanted southerner enjoys the neighborhood with a fresh eye and loves city living at the renovated prewar address.
