Back in 2010 there was a lot of development talk floating around for the abandoned Mart 125 building on 125th Street but that all appears to have fallen through. The former retail space by 8th Avenue could have been a cultural center and apparently would attract developers with dreams of building a new construction on the site which would include several levels.
