DWELL: HIGHEST PRICED HARLEM BROWNSTONE
Number 29 Mount Morris Park West has been on and off the market for the past 8 months and is now has the highest asking for a home in Harlem which is currently at $5 million. Pricing on the address actually increased during the time period so there must be some interest at this prime location just a block away from Lenox Avenue and a short walk from the forthcoming Whole Foods. A lot of original details can be found within but the 2-family configuration might be an issue since higher end buyers usually look for a single-family layout.
