We finally took a photo of the rendering of 306 West 142nd Street at the construction site located between Edgecombe and 8th Avenue on the western border of Central Harlem. There is definitely a more modern look to the residential building which seems to be the direction these days and grey facades are apparently quite popular. These might end up being rentals since new constructions directly facing public housing towers tend to go that route from what we have seen in the past.
