DWELL: 125 WEST 126TH STREET REDUCED
The renovated 3-family brownstone at 125 West 126th Street arrived on the market for the asking of $2.995 million a couple of months ago but has now been reduced to $2.795 million. As mentioned previously, everything is pretty much renter's grade as far as finishes are concerned but there appears to be an original fireplace that is still intact. This block by Lenox Avenue faces the back end of the more commercial buildings on 125th and thus is not as charming as compared to some of the uptown historic districts. With that said, Whole Foods should be finishing up nearby in a handful of months and express trains are also a short walk away. Additional photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
