DWELL: 887 ST. NICHOLAS AVENUE TOWNHOUSE
Number 887 St. Nicholas Avenue sold last year for $1.34 million and is now back on the market with the new asking price of $2.35 million. The 22-foot-wide corner building has pretty much all of the original details in place but resurfacing the floors and painting the walls could have done a lot to update the space. All of the roof tiles are missing so the facade is not in great shape either. With that said, the landmark townhouse by the 155th Street subway station is semi-detached and apparently has a Certificate of Non Harassment in place. Streeteasy reports that the building is a 3-family configuration and there are more photos of the interior on the real estate website: LINK
