We noticed a few signs up indicating street closure for filming in the Strivers Row neighborhood yesterday and took a closer look to see what what the production was about. It appears that the popular DC Comic television series called Gotham will be on site at the landmark district located between 138th and 139th Street by 7th Avenue next week right after the holiday. Harlem's historic architecture has been used for other comic book epics such as Spiderman, Jessica Jones and Luke Cage but also has been the focus of recent period pieces such as The Knick in the past few years:
