The townhouse at 472 West 145th Street appeared on the market at the end of last year for the asking of $2.3 million and had the price chopped a couple of times which secured a contract when the number hit $1.995 million.
Streeteasy now reveals that the multi-family home sold just a bit lower over the summer and closed at $1.85 million but it is still unclear if the 16-foot-wide home just east of Amsterdam had been rented out or not.
