INTRODUCING: MORE DETAILS ON RDV ON FDB

We received more information on RDV (Rendezvous) that will be opening on 8th Avenue by 112th Street.  The owner Kfir Ben-Ari is actually the same proprietor who started up Caféine cafe just a couple of blocks up and mentions that RDV will be a modern bistro that is a real Chef restaurant.  The menu will focus on the cuisine of south east France which includes the Côte d'Azur and St. Tropez regions.

Chef Ben-Ari happens to also be the former executive chef of Paradou, in the meatpacking district and a certified Sommelier from the Sommelier Society of America.  The former Daniel Boloud protege will be focusing on wines from France, but will also have a small selection of wines from New York State as well.  An opening date has not been announced as of yet but we expect RDV to debut in South Harlem sometimes in the next couple of months.
