Number 914 St. Nicholas Avenue now has a contract out after a few price cuts over the summertime period. As mention previously, the SRO townhouse by 156th Street went up on the market this past May for $1.7 million but the asking has been reduced a couple times and was eventually set at $1.599 million. This 17-foot-wide home on Sugar Hill is a block away from the train station but the immediate area is pretty residential with not much going on.
