One of the townhouses on the block just west of the 145th Street express train station in Hamilton Heights will be up for auction starting at $1 million next month. Number 412 West 145th has only been partially renovated but the suggested price is still below market value from what we can gather from past sales in the neighborhood. Everything is set for November 10th and those interested should expect the final bid to be much higher than what has been listed. More details can be found on the auction site:
