Number 248 West 138th arrived not the market back in february for $3.75 million and now has been pulled from the market. As mentioned previously the 2-family home is not one of the more recognized addresses in the landmark Strivers Row neighborhood but does have the private garage out back and a lot of original details within. With that said, the aesthetic of the kitchen and bath makes those areas look like they were remodeled in the 80s and could be at a much better level for this price range.
