Number 290 West 137th Street sold back in 2014 and the newly gut renovated townhouse just arrived back on the market for the asking of $3.65 million. Everything has been updated within but a few of the original details are still intact which helps out with the overall aesthetics. Some of the contemporary finishes in the kitchen of the 2-family brownstones are a bit on the outdated side but the block by 8th Avenue is one of the more classic ones to be found in Central Harlem.
