Charle's Pan Fried Chicken has a new location under construction on FDB by 132nd Street and it looks like things are moving along rather quickly. We walked by this block on 8th Avenue this past weekend and noticed a new awning had been installed with a rather charming chicken chef as part of the signage. It is unclear if the original location further north will remain open since the storefront has been closed in the past month or but
Yelp mentions the business will be open on October 28th.
I just called and Charles said he thinks they'll be open in a week or so. (Today is Jan 11).
