The new Japanese style crepe shop on Fifth Avenue just north of 125th Street is set to open in the next couple of weeks. We ran into the owners yesterday while checking out the storefront which is pretty much complete and they mentioned that the debut will be this month. These Harajuku style european crepes should be pretty spectacular from what we can gather thus far and will definitely be a cool addition to the block. This will also be the second business set up in Harlem by the Japanese owner who also started up the popular Fumic Jewelry Nail boutique on 116th Street:
