Halloween has not arrived just yet but the Holiday lights on 125th Street have already been installed on the streets as of this week. The familiar stars with the H at the center are now all over uptown's main commercial boulevard and a lighting ceremony should be happening in the coming weeks. There are only a couple of months left in the year so this sort of makes sense but sometimes the time really goes by too quickly.
