The facade construction on Broadway just a block south of the elevated 125th Street station has finished and the signage should be going up pretty soon. This used to be two separate storefronts and the combined space has now been revealed complete with new windows. Everyone on the block has been talking about forthcoming chain and this might just be the first location of its kind directly facing public housing in Manhattan.
