DWELL: 109 WEST 132ND STREET BROWNSTONE
A partially gut renovated brownstone at 109 West 132nd Street has arrived on the market for the asking of $1.995 million and the developer actually kept some of the original details intact. The idea here is that buyers can select the final finishes within since all of the infrastructure work has been completed at the 2-family residence located between Lenox and ACP. With that said, one of the major issues with the townhouse is facade which has some sort of faux stone finish added on a few decades ago that really needs to go. Otherwise the location is a pretty straightforward Central Harlem block located a short walk away from the express train stop and the forthcoming Whole Foods. ReplyDeleteyeah, but the demo is done.
Deletethat's a really decent price and that facade should come off without too much trouble
