Number 16 West 131st Street went up on the market for $1.85 million earlier in the year and now has had a price reduction set at $1.7 million. As previously mentioned, the 2-family brownstone located just west of Fifth Avenue has a lot of original details including a few dramatic fireplaces along with somewhat decent updates in the kitchen and baths.
