The location just below 145th Street is ideal since the express trains are just about a block away along with the main commercial corridor in the area. Refinishing the floors, skim coating, painting, new floor tiles, some wiring and upgrades in the bath or kitchen might be all that is needed without going through an entire demolition of the interior.
