The renovated single-family townhouse at 458 West 153rd Street going for $2.195 million went up on the market last month and now has a contract. As mentioned previously, this Sugar Hill location by St. Nicholas Avenue is a bit further north but the higher end finishes along with a short walk to the express stop at 147th makes for some good selling points.
