Belle on ACP just north of 139th Street has now introduced a happy hour menu for walk-in diners from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. As mentioned in our previous post, most of the dinner service has to booked online in advance at the new chef's table eatery but now casual diners who want just a glass of wine and a variety of small plates to choose from can just stop by in the early evening for a quick bite. Mac & Cheese Spring Rolls, Autumn Root Vegetable Salad, Tacos and Chicken & Waffles are some of the offerings that will served up starting today along with half priced wine when making a second order.
