A brownstone up for sale by the owner at 118th West 132nd Street for $1.925 million has just arrived on the market. The address just around the corner from Lenox is on a decent block but this is definitely a narrow townhouse that is a fixer upper. There are also no pictures of the interior and the building is apparently a 4-family layout. Other than than, the express subway stations are less than a 5 minute walk aways and Whole Foods should be opening a bit further down the avenue in the coming year.
