West 119th Street between 5th Avenue and Lenox appears to always be a work in progress and one of the SRO brownstones are now up on the market for $1.895 million. Number 80 West 119th appears to be occupied and there is no mention of a certificate of non harassment in place so interested buyers might want to ask a few questions when viewing the townhouse. There are also quite a few boarded up buildings on this block which could be quite charming if some of the mysterious vacant homes finally get fixed up.
