Number 175 West 126th Street arrived on the market this year for the asking of $2.675 million in Central Harlem.  The brownstone located just east of 7th Avenue has been gut renovated and has original details but is in a 3-family layout according to the listing.  This 17-foot-wide townhouse is only one avenue over from the express trains but the one big issue is that it faces the state office building which pretty much is not the greatest view and also happens to block out the sunlight for most of the day.  Whole Foods will be opening on Lenox Avenue later in the year just one avenue over so that might be a game changer for the block once things are up and running.  More photos and details can be found on the broker site: LINK
