DWELL: 443 WEST 162ND STREET TOWNHOUSE
The two-family townhouse at 443 West 162nd Street on Sugar Hill had an initial asking price of $2.595 million back in September but now has been reduced to $2.55 million. There are loads of original details within but the garden floor is pretty much all just white walls. This block is one of the best in Washington Heights as far as charm goes since it is right next to the Morris-Jumel Mansion and all of the early century architecture is intact.
