Number 458 West 153rd Street was up on the market at the end of last year for $2.195 million and the single-family home ending up selling last month for $2.036 million. As mentioned previously, this Sugar Hill location by St. Nicholas Avenue is a bit further north but the higher end finishes along with a short walk to the express stop at 147th makes for some good selling points.
